Our Solutions

Quality Work Quality Service

We have a team of engineers and technicians IECEx and CompEx trained and certified. We also have in-house training to equip our team with ATEX and IECEx knowledge.

We have invested in resources to develop products for use in an explosive potential environment. These include ATEX/IECEx certified smart sensors and actuators and associated devices. Along the same direction, we will also be upgrading our expertise and knowledge in industrial network communications such as Ethernet & Fiber Optic, etc. for use in explosive potential environments.

We are already commencing joint projects with ICSS vendors to re-design some of their Control Systems on their control units. We have developed the capability to design and manufacture sub-assemblies or systems for process automation implemented in hazardous environments.

Solutions

1) Ex Design Engineering
Ex-Proof possesses a range of certifications and ratings that render it suitable for application within potentially hazardous environments. In addition, ISEP not only offers Ex-Proof products accompanied by requisite certifications, but also undertakes the design and implementation of comprehensive solutions.
2) How to Safeguard & Maintain Control Panel in the Summer Heat ?

Heat can be a significant issue for electrical components. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures leads to a shortened lifespan, decreased reliability, increased maintenance requirements, equipment failures, downtime, fire, and potential explosions. Therefore, keeping the components in your control panels (and all your electrical equipment) operating within their optimal temperature range is essential. especially Explosive Atmosphere.

We have a solutions !!
Our expert team will conduct heat assessment
• Offer solutions that align with the ambient temperature
on-site, taking into consideration the specific design
temperature you need within the control panel.
• An assessment will be conducted to verify that the design
temperature requirements are being fulfilled.
• Final Report to be provided

3) Tagging / Labelling
Labels and tags continue to be crucial instruments for conveying information and informing workers, contractors, and visitors. In order to determine the best way to label and tag your electrical assets, you should evaluate regulatory standards, design considerations, and labeling processes, which are key themes in the guide.
4) Review Certification / Compliance
Ex certified equipment is equipment that has been thoroughly tested and authorized for use in hazardous or explosive environments. Any equipment that hasn’t been ‘EX’ certified won’t feature the official ‘Ex’ logo and shouldn’t be brought onto hazardous areas.

ISEP – KNOW HOW in Equipment and Protective Systems Intended for Use in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres
We operating in Singapore & Malaysia, supply our core competency of Engineering Service & Product internationally.
We train and retain our talent & certified our Factory, our Product, our Quality Management System & our Engineer to comply IECEx & ATEX requirement.

5) Repair of Ex enclosure
An Ex d enclosure is use to prevent an internal explosion from spreading. The enclosure protects the fitted equipment against environmental influences such as moisture, dirt, dust or water. Ex d enclosure is designed to withstand an internal explosion and it comes with ‘Ex’ certified.

6) Customize Panel, Assembly and Wiring work

The electrical control panel holds vital significance in enabling manufacturers to outline, organize, and accomplish production goals, as it provides elevated monitoring and control over the diverse activities of production machinery. For intricate operations involving complex systems, heightened cohesion, and an enhanced Human-Machine Interface (HMI), a customized design becomes essential. Should your system possess advanced attributes demanding personalized adaptation, we are fully prepared to cater to your needs.
Suitable for DCS,SIS,FGS,SCADA,PLC and all Control Cabinet

7) Installation, Assembly, Termination, Loop check , SAT and Commisionning
A panelboard constitutes a component within an electrical distribution framework, segregating a power supply into branch circuits while furnishing each course with a singular enclosure with safeguarding fuses or circuit breakers. The skilled worker is required to ensure the safety of those working with or near the equipment and prevent damaging electrical fires.

8) Ex Inspection
Ex inspection, also known as explosion-proof inspection, pertains to the systematic assessment and examination of equipment, systems, and installations intended for operation in hazardous or explosive environments.T he purpose of Ex inspections is to ensure that equipment and installations comply with specific safety standards and regulations designed to prevent the occurrence of explosions and protect personnel, property, and the environment. ISEP provide experienced technicians who are well-versed in the relevant standards and safety practices.

For On-shore or Off-shore. We provide competence person to carry out Inspection according to Ex requirement

9) Ex Training
Ex training, also known as explosion protection training or hazardous area training, is a specialized educational program designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to work safely and effectively in environments where there is a risk of explosions due to the presence of flammable gases, vapors, dust, or combustible fibers. This type of training is essential for personnel who operate, maintain, or work around equipment and installations in hazardous or potentially explosive atmospheres.

– Knowledge assessment, at least 80% of all items shall be answered correctly.
– Practical skills assessment, 100% of all items shall be correctly demonstrated.

The knowledge assessment exam consists of multiple choices questions and constructed questions
The Practical Skills assessment exam consists of hands-on work such as installation of cable gland, assembly, wiring, equipment selection, etc.

10) Factory Acceptance Test , Residual Circuit Breaker Test, High Voltage Test, Insulation Test

These tests are essential for maintaining electrical safety, ensuring equipment reliability, and preventing potential hazards in various settings, including industrial, commercial, and residential environments. They are part of a comprehensive quality control and safety assurance process to verify that electrical systems and components meet industry standards and specifications. Click more for details.
